Goals/Mission:
- Implement IT applications and provide/improve IT application service to SEDS IT users. Develop, maintain and support customized software (programs).

Working Partners / Contacts:
- SEDS internal, SIS, IT of headquarters, Service providers

Tasks:
- Implement IT applications (Variant configuration in SAP, SharePoint, etc.): Configuration, program, test, etc.
- Support users to prepare and verify data for IT projects
- Project management , orginzing and coordincation during IT projects
- Provide daily support to users after go live of IT applications
- Maintain and improve IT applications
- Provide IT application trainings to end users
- Be the backup of IT manager and other tasks assigned when needed

Knowledge/Languages:
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Familiar with development and program with .Net and ASP
- Good knowledge of business processes
- Knowledge of SQL language, SQL server management
- Familiar with office tools Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good communication and team building skills
- Bachelor (or above) degree in computer related major
- Good oral and written English communication skills

Experience:
- More than two years experience in the field of IT applications. More than one year software development experience with .net and ASP
- More than one project experience in the field of IT applications.
