职位描述：
Purpose/Objective:
Candidate will be responsible for the design and development of next-generation histology product platform of Leica Biosystems. Responsibilities of the incumbent will include leading overall software lifecycle activities and the development of application level software. This position works intensely with global cross-functional team to meet/exceed business and quality objectives of Danaher Corporation.

Area of Responsibilities:
1. Lead the system and software architecture design of new histology products.
2. Lead design and testing effort for software development lifecycle with an Agile/Scrum environment.
3. Collaborate with global teams to drive synergies across common platform.
4. Work with cross-functional team to ensure medical product design meets the requirement for quality, manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
5. Assist manager in team and competence build-up.

Person Specification:
1. Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
2. 6+ years of embedded software development experience across multiple technologies.
3. Strong C/C++ programming skills; Familiar with popular programming languages.
4. Experience of QT program development on Linux is a strong plus.
5. General knowledge of hardware and Linux BSP is preferred.
6. Good English communication skills; Strong problem solving skills and responsibility; Quick learning abilities. 举报 分享
