Job Responsibilities:
? Monitor Vendor Performance
? Provide reports and data for Supplier Scorecard
? Daily management of Production area and Team if have direct reports
? Manage production process including effective handover from sourcing
? Fit process follow up with Garment Techs and vendors
? Review Red Tag, Pre-production and Bulk shipment samples
? Issue and manage Purchase Order information on confirmed styles for Vendors
? GBSS System inputs and updates on time and accurate for area / departments
? Ensure on time delivery and quality product delivery with vendors and factories
? Responsible for area / department’s Delivery performance
? Responsible for Capacity Planning completed monthly
? Travel to factory and vendor locations to resolve production issues
? Review & monitor QA Team information to Vendors and help QA for problematic styles
? Review WIP report and alert manager of potential order problem and work w/vendor/factory to resolve the problems
? Manage shipment information ensuring Vendors on time Freight Forwarder bookings
? Critical path weekly management process
? Builds effective relationships with TSSO Buying office functions

Job Requirements:
? University graduate in any discipline
? At least 6-8 years’ experience in a similar role
? Merchandise Sourcing, Production and end-to-end supply chain knowledge
? Experience of a Sourcing / Production Critical Path & tools to manage related milestones
? Experience of working in an overseas buying or sourcing office
? Knowledge of manufacturing processes and innovative production management systems to influence vendor production efficiency
? Clear understanding of financial measurements and how they impact production
? Proficient in MS Office Suite.
