职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
日常职能：
1.根据工作标准、备料单、照片及上级指示准备西点，并且要符合食品卫生；
Preparing pastry according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions, and following the standards and procedures;
2.协助副厨师长管理厨房的正常运作，保证食品的高质量；
Assist the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and to help maintain a high Standard of food preparation and presentation;
3.在厨房运作方面支持副厨师长工作，保证提供高效率的服务；
Support the Sous Chef in the overall smooth operation of the kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times;
4.管理并参与本部门的制作工作；
Works in all areas of pastry preparation as and when directed;
5.负责工作区域和存储区域的卫生、防疫、整洁；
Responsible for the hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and storage areas;
6.参与制定西点需求和当天市场采购单，监督采购程序的执行；
Participates in making pastry requisitions and daily market lists, and implement & monitor purchasing procedures;
7.监督和控制存货的质量和数量；
Monitor and control the quality and quantity of food stock;
8.参与员工的培训和发展；
Participates in the training and development of employees;
9.负责团队建设及员工培养、绩效考核和日常管理等工作；
Responsible for team building and staff training, performance appraisal and routine management;
10.上级交待的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements：
要求：
1.至少有3年以上西饼房管理工作经验；
At least 3 years experience in pastry management;
2.积极、热情、自主、有领导力、有求知欲和责任心；
Proactive, Passionate, Autonomous, Leader, Responsible and Willing to learn;
3.了解食品安全卫生标准的相关知识；
       Sound knowledge of the principles of food and safety hygiene standards;
4.基础英语沟通技巧。
