职位描述:
The logistical and merchandiser assistant report to the Senior Merchandiser and the Retail Project Manager.

ORDERS: Follow the order from the very beginning to the end:
1. Receive purchase order: collect information of the PO in the OFUP :PO number, PO date, name of supplier, ref number, ref description, EAN code, family, ss/family…
2. Transfer the order to the supplier
3. Obtain the PI from the supplier promptly and check information with the PO : ETD, prices, number of PO, supplier ref, EAN code…
a. If any difference between, ask about the reason and report to the senior merchandiser.
b. If PI OK, send the PI to the customer
4. Obtain the PIs from the customer: collect information of the PIs in the OFUP : PI number, date of PIs, date of LC, FOB price, quantity, total amount, number of containers, Ship from…
5. Collect booking container and shipment information: container number, vessel name, …
6. Plan inspection date. Send the report to MBI. Report to the senior merchandiser if the products didn’t passed the test, Update the OFUP with the date of inspection and the date of report reception.
7. Obtain the QAC promptly from the customer and send it to the supplier. Update the OFUB with the date of QAC reception and the final ETD.
8. Obtain the copy of the shipping document (Commercial invoice, Board marine bills of lading, packing list, QAC) the supplier within 5 working days maximum after ETD and send to the customer by mail.
The assistant must make sure that orders are delivered on time and must alarm the senior merchandiser in charge of any delay.
It is the responsibility of the assistant to receive the document according to the schedule (PI, PIs, QAC, shipping document…).

INVOICING: Invoice all the product
1. At the end of each month, invoice all orders which have been sent during the current month.
a. Enter information on the database.
b. Extraction on excel which to check the total buying amount and total amount of the benefit.
c. Report to the senior merchandiser in charge
d. Update the OFUP with the invoice number

OFFERS: Help the merchandiser (when the assistant is completely independent to monitor the order follow up and the invoicing)
1. Help with sourcing suppliers
2. Help to prepare offers and samples for the customer
3. Help to follow the production and artwork
4. Help to prepare the collections and visit factories

CUSTOMER VISIT
1. Help the Senior merchandiser to organize the schedule for the customer visit
a. Book train ticket and hotels
b. Check flight information (timetable and prices)
c. Check transport duration between A to B.
