## Senior Games QA
The Senior Games QA tester will oversee quality assurance for all releases in the Games Publishing group at Defy Media. The candidate will write test plans, define processes, and manage the group's internal and external QA resources to ensure all products are free of bugs and provide a high-quality user experience. The Senior Games QA Tester requires a strong knowledge of games QA methodologies, be adept with issues tracking software, and able to effectively monitor and refine the QA team's efficiency. The position will work primarily in Flash and HTML5 games QA, running on major web browsers.
#### Responsibilities:
* Ownership of QA process for under-development and released games
* Run QA planning meetings as necessary
* Track and generate reports on all projects in the QA pipeline
* Evaluate, hire, train, and coach QA engineers
* Work closely with producers to align on business and content needs
* Hands-on testing
#### Qualifications:
* 4+ years in video game QA
* 2+ years of experience in a team management role
* Exceptional proficiency with bug tracking software (e.g. JIRA)
* Understand fundamentals of common casual game frameworks and languages (Unity, HTML5, Flash, etc.)
* Be familiar with development mode functionality for major web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

#### 职位要求:
* 4年以上游戏测试经验。
* 2年以上团队管理经验。
* 精通缺陷管理跟踪软件，如：JIRA。
* 了解主流的游戏开发技术和语言，如：Unity, HTML5, Flash等。
* 熟悉主流浏览器的开发调试工具（Chrome、Firefox 等）。
