职位描述：
Major responsibilities:
- Execution of inspection for sourcing components according to Drawing, Technical Specification, Description in SAP etc. Maintain related records in company
- Support the supply chain quality processes and ensure effectiveness including receiving inspection, supplier site ITP inspection, deviated material control, scraps, corrective actions, etc.
- Report the result of inspection to related parties on time. Release and record the Non-conformance in time.
- Execution of evaluation and audit for supplier on Process, Quality, Environment, Safety and Healthy etc.
- Organize and cooperate with related parties to analysis root cause of Non-conformances on products or system of suppliers, decide the correction and prevention. Following the close of action.
- Maintain and improve process, system and capacity of SQA team
- To ensure good status of all necessary instruments and tools, Support QC to do calibration
- Surveillance supplier performance, coach and support the improvement of suppliers.
- Support to expedite the schedule of products on suppliers' site when required.
- Other tasks assigned by Leader or Manager.

Job Requirement:
- Experienced with manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Knowledge of inspection, quality management, environment management, safety and health management.
- 0-3 years experiences in quality management of heavy machinery industry, Turbo compressor, Motor, and Heat exchange industry is prefer.
- Good communication internally and externally.
- Strong capacity of self learning, driven and pro-active.
- Willing to travel inside China(30%).
- Skill for al and problem solving skills
