职位描述：
BUSINESS ACUMEN & EXPERTISE
1 University/college graduate with at least 5 years working experience in electrical stress calculation, UHV (>750kV AC or DC)transformer design (electrical)
2 Familiar with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), CAE/CAD and standard Windows package software
3 Experienced in both DC and AC, preferably in power transformer insulation design
4 Loyal and stable, experience in an international business environment is preferred record
5 Open-minded and good interpersonal skills
6 Excellent English (level CET 4 or above) and good Mandarin
7 Good in computer knowledge
8 Willing to be relocated to Yangluo Wuhan or Jiaxing

LEADERSHIP & INFLUENCE
1. In charge of the daily design works;
2. Key team member to establish design ability;
3. Review/answer/decide for the customer designs adjustment, especially for LE systems in AC;
4. Coordinate/communicate with other WEIDMANN sites for the design issues;
5. In charge of coordinating the software and hardware with other ETBA locations (WETAG)
6. Take lead for the internal communication related to the design, amongst production, QA, engineering department

CUSTOMER INTERACTION
The jobholder works closely with:
Production department; Engineering department; QA department
Similar functions in other Weidmann locations;
Customer design and engineering departments.
