TOPWELL职位推荐人事主管
Pacakge: 6000-9000 RMB/Month + bonus
Location: shanghai

Accountabilities and responsibilities
1、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作和各类规章制度的实施；
2、根据行业和公司发展状况，制定公司考核体系、激励体系并负责实施；
3、协助监督控制各部门绩效评价过程并不断完善绩效管理体系；
4、负责组织起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程；
5、协助进行工作分析，制定、完善各岗位的职务说明书，做好人力资源规划；
6、招聘工作的开展，协助完成招聘实施工作及人员信息收集工作；
7、完成部门临时的其他工作安排。
 
Key skills and abilities
1、985本科以上学历，人力资源或管理类专业毕业；
2、三年以上相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源所有模块、精通人力资源两个或两个以上模块；
3、对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和丰富的实践经验；
4、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；
5、具有解决复杂问题的能力、很强的计划性和实施执行的能力；
6、持有人力资源证书者优先。 举报 分享
