职位描述：
Customer Service for Key Accounts with majorly import business,
Coordination of Operations with Partners, Import Consol Handling,
Processing of incoming inquiries, also coordination of other shipments, such as Export, Air, Rail, etc.
Account, Billing & Payment Management ？ Ensure Customers are billed correctly on time and that they pay on time.

Experience on Germany / China Trade or similar is helpful
The Candidate should have worked in the forwarding and logistcs industry
Needs to know how import operations in freight forwarding works BUT will be responsible for good customer service, but he/she needs to know in order to be able to control and monitor the partners performance.
