TOPWELL职位推荐无线通信工程师
Pacakge: 12000-18000 RMB/Month + bonus
Location: shanghai

Accountabilities and responsibilities
1、负责公司专业无线通讯系统（DMR、TETRA、LTE）相关的设计工作，包括初步方案、投标方案、深化方案；
2、负责协助公司业务部与用户进行专业无线系统相关的需求调研、技术沟通工作；
3、负责项目实施过程中专业无线系统相关的支持工作，及时收集用户的需求变更，完善技术方案的设计工作。
4、成本控制和项目沟通实施经验。
 
Key skills and abilities
1、985本科以上学历，硕士为佳；
2、5年以上无线通信工程工作经验；
3、较全面的无线通信基础理论知识和专业技术知识；具有良好的沟通表达能力和技术方案编写水平；有较好的学习能力和实践能力；
4、具有实际参与过无线通信网络建设方案的规划与设计、无线网络规划及工程实施的经验；
5、熟悉室内覆盖的解决方案和产品，具备大型室内覆盖场景的规划设计能力；
6、具有无线网络优化工作经验者、招投标工作经验者优；
7、熟悉DMR、TETRA、LTE系统者优先；
8、思路清晰，能准确理解客户和领导提出的要求；
9、有一定的口头表达和沟通能力；
10、具备良好的沟通交流能力，能够横向和纵向沟通汇报并处理设计中遇到的各种日常事务。 举报 分享
