职位描述：
1. Define project portfolio framework and project management methodology;
2. Manage entire project lifecycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, closing to ensure all large & critical projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards;
3. Perform ROI analysis and prepare business justification for IT strategic plan and new investments;
4. Develop & Maintain effective IT services management process including Services Catalogue, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management;
5. Develop technology/business metrics reporting and identify opportunities for improvement;
6. Deliver documentation and circulation of an end to end Plan, including activity, dependencies, timing and ownership;
7. IT customer satisfaction survey and present feedback report to IT executive, provide recommendation for functional teams.
 
Requirements:
1.BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines;
2.Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Project/Program and/or Process Management;
3.Rich experience in project management tools, project management methodologies and best practices, PMP certificate is highly desired;
4.Skilled at communication, client servicing, planning and contract management Must work independently with little direct supervision;
5.Native Chinese, Good English both in Written and Spoken. 举报 分享
