职位描述：
岗位职责：
（1）参与新产品EP制作，主导新产品PP&MP生产导入；
（2）产品生产工装夹具申请制作；
（3）产品生产问题总结报告制作及更新；
（4）生产工位安排及调整；
（5）主导生产现场改善，促使品质效率提升；
（6）产品ECN跟进执行；
（7）生产线线平衡分析和产品工时制订更新；
（8）生产试验及产品样品试装跟进；
（9）产品改善的费用核算；
（10）新产品产能、人数、良率的评估；
（11）ERP新、旧产品产能的更新与修正；
（12）上级安排的其他事项的跟进。

岗位要求：
（1）大专以上，工程、机械类相关专业或背景；
（2）2年以上IE工作经验，能够熟练运用IE手法；
（3）懂基本的英文，能熟练应用EXCEL制作各类图表及能进行数据统计分析。
