全面负责公司行政后勤事务的管理；制定并完善相关行政政策、制度、流程等；协助管理供应商合同

岗位职责

1. Fully responsible for Admin. works such as shuttle bus, business car, air ticket, hotel, VISA, Expatriate work permit and license of Residence , cleaning, cafeteria etc. to provide best service.

负责公司的相关行政服务工作，如班车、商务车、机票、酒店、签证、外籍工作证和居留许可证、卫生、餐厅、手机费等，提供优质的后勤保障；

2. Provide construction suggestion and consulting to Corp. or related dept. in the establishment and renewal of admin. policy/procedure/process/contract etc. to ensure the effective implementation in site.

对行政政策、制度、流程、合同等的制定和修订为总部或相关部门提供建设性的建议，并确保其在site的执行。

3. Establish site-regulation of admin. work to support special needs from production.

根据Site的实际情况，完善并制定site专用的行政管理规定，支持生产需要。

4. Control and reduce Admin. cost, at same time to improve service quality.

控制并降低行政成本、同时不断提高行政服务质量。

5. Provide Admin. reports and professional analysis accurately and punctually.

准时、准确提供行政报表及专业分析。

6. Assist other dept. to manage supplier and service contract and facilities etc.

协助相关部门做好供应商管理、合同的管理、行政设施管理等。

7. To ensure the smoothly running of every system, such as Door sys.、cafeteria sys. Etc.

保证各系统运行良好，如门禁系统、餐卡系统等。

8. To ensure the Admin. facilities in good condition such as canteen/toilet etc.

确保设施的齐备和良好运行。
