职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1.Greet patients and check patients in, update patient's information on HIS.
2.Handle incoming calls, take messages and route messages to appropriate party.
3.Set and maintain clinic appointments.
4.Manage daily clinic activities through HIS.
5.Prepare medical files and insurance claim forms for direct billing.
6.Check and ensure the accuracy of the patient registration details and document completion.
7.Assist physicians on patient communication.
8.Perform nursing responsibilities at the clinic.
9.Perform assessments on patients’ vital signs
10.Triage patients based on their primary concerns
11.Communicate with patients and their family members
12.Record and track on outpatient clinic activities.
13.Maintain the waiting area tidy and clean.
14.Manage clinical quality of care.
15.Check and optimize routine nursing policies, skills and procedures, investigate adverse events and near misses, analyzing problem and collecting evidence, make record for reference.
16.Proactively minimize and review clinical and non-clinical risks in the clinic.
17.Quality control and solve complaints and follow up, make safety event report and share at regular intervals.

19.Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements
1.Nursing registration required
2.Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment.
3.Excellent oral and written English and Chinese.
4.Good computer skill.
5.Professional telephone etiquette.
6.Good customer service skill.
7.Be a team worker and flexible.
8.Experience in outpatient clinic operation and clerical duties.
9. Participate in weekend and holiday duties as required, with no need in night shifts. 举报 分享
