职位描述：
Responsibilities :
1. Lead the IT team to provide daily IT system (AX, SAP, CRM, E-com) operation support.
2. Take lead in IT system implementation project
3. Identify potential solutions to meet business requirements and give advice on system & business improvement
4. Actively seek out opportunities to find automated solutions to manual processes
5. Seeking a change advocate that can spearhead initiatives to drive increased productivity
6. Identify business report requirement and communicate with report developers to provide report/data to users
7. Supervise, train and guide team
8. Other task and projects assigned by line manager

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of experience in ERP system (implementation/support) of Finance & Distribution
3. Experience of Project Management
4. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamic AX Finance & Distribution
5. Experience with SQL Server (i.e. performance troubleshooting, installation, setup, query optimization)
6. Experience in EDI and integration with 3rd party system
7. Good command in both spoken & written English, and experience in MNC
8. Strong communication skill with business users as well as with senior management
9. Strong leadership and decision making skills
10. Retail or FMCG experience preferred
11. Knowledge with SAP FICO is a plus 举报 分享
