职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Overall leadership of IT planning and operation management including applications,e.g,, SAP & Solumina (Planning & shop floor Manufacturing Execution System) and infrastructure through outsourced vendors
? Manage IT budget, plan, organize and direct resources to ensure smooth operations of information systems
? Approve and monitor local projects, priorities, standard procedures and overall IT performance
? Work with respective departments to review, collate and rationalize business requirements, optimize business processes and improve business efficiency
? Advise department heads objectively on where IT is able to make a difference to the business
? Solid project System Development Life Cycle and Project Management skills as well as to communicate effectively with diverse groups of users
? Ensure the use of IT is in line with UTC / P&W IT policy and standards
? Ensure IT capabilities and solutions are in support to the business operations and growth
? Interact with people effectively in P&W East Hartford (US) or UTC & P&W Singapore for IT service delivery
? Recommend IT controls by identifying problems and writing improvement procedures
? Enforce UTC IT security procedures and participate in internal & external IT audit

Requirements:
? Degree in Computer Science or related fields
? Excellent Organization & English language skills
? This position requires strong business process and preferably Enterprise business solution, e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD and Production/shop floor business analysis experiences
? Business case development and project management
? 8 years of minimum ERP/SAP implementation or IS management experience is preferred
? Experience in supporting ERP/SAP Finance, Sales, Production Planning or Purchasing
? Experience in liaising with third party vendor on infrastructure, network and desktop support 举报 分享

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

公司目前拥有300名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
