Job Description
工作职责
1) Understands, supports, and trans on-site personnel on appropriate existing and in-process IT assets, including systems in area of various functions
了解包括各个职能部门的软件等现有和进行中的IT资产，并给现场人员提供支持
2) Partner with site specific and global personnel to understand business needs and priorities
与相关人员合作，收集并了解业务需求和优先级
3) Provides IT support to regulatory submission at China site.
给本地研发中心提供法规申请方面的支持
4) Provides onsite trouble shooting on China asset and infrastructure issues and actively works to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
针对本地的资产和系统问题提供现场故障解决，积极快速地解决问题
5) Work together with China solution delivery personnel to recommend, prioritize, develop and implement China solutions.
与本地方案解决人员合作，推荐、优化、开发并实施本土的解决方案
6) Vendor management
供应商管理
7) Infrequent project related travel internationally and domestically.
工作可能会根据项目需要短期国内国际出差

Basic qualifications
任职要求
1) Fluent in spoken and written English
流利的英语书写和口语能力
2) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Pharmacy-related field
本科学历，计算机科学或者医药相关专业
3) Strong and broad IT technical knowledge, broad knowledge in medical fields.
具有深厚而广泛的IT技术知识，广泛了解医学方面的知识
4) Quick learner
具有快速学习的能力
5) Good communication skills and active team player
具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
6) Experience in research and development environment in pharmaceutical industry
具有医药行业的相关工作经验
7) Patient, honest, responsible, helpful, customer-oriented
耐心，诚实，负责，乐于助人，以客户为导向
8) Ability to muilti-task effectively
能够高效地多任务工作
9) Proficiency in office software
熟悉Office软件

1) Experience or understanding of regulatory submission process in China
了解国内法规申报流程，或具有相关经验优先考虑
2) Experience in clinical development area
有临床研发领域的经验
