Job Purpose/Job Objectives:
The Sales is responsible of the execution of commercial policy in view to develop and increase sales in the territory (negotiation of commercial conditions: contract, transportation, payment terms, prices, volumes….) based on the designated customer defined by the Sales Director and according to the budget.
The sales manager is also responsible of the execution of developing new clients defined by the General Manager or Asia Business Development Director.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
Prospection & sales
1)To maintain & develop business with designated customers with profitability focus
2)To look at new prospective customers & sales opportunities in the territory
3)To maintain relationship with customers and visit them on the territory with promotion of a positive image of the company
4)To promote GCS to our global Key Accounts in a consistent and coordinated way with the GCS global strategy for each of these accounts; to feed Global Account Director with relevant information; to liaise Global Key Account organisation with all relevant contact within customer.
5)To lead RFP/ RFQ with the cooperation of all internal resources concerned
6)To elaborate and follow-up sales action planning towards existing & prospective customers
7)To coordinate interface between customers & GCS resources (sales, production, technical, QA…) in case of customized products development or for any specific issues related to customers
8)Participation into selling prices fixing with prior validation of General Manager or Asia Business Development Director.
To contribute to market & competition analysis with entrepreneurship spirit
Budgeting & reporting
1)To elaborate sales budget in compliance with objectives defined by General Manager or Asia Business Development Director, responsible of his/ her objectives commitments
2)To analyses sales results and comment it through monthly reports to management.
3)To control selling costs within budget and fulfill annual sales target.
4)Management of accounts receivables collection and control the credit quality of customers.
