MAIN TASKS主要工作职责：
? Check all supporting documents for MOH expenses (payment or non-payment) and ensure proper and timely booking and reporting. Prepare monthly expense report and make analysis on variance between actual and budget/forecast.
制造费用单据审核(应付或者即付)并且确保费用能够准确及时的入账。制作月度费用报表并就差异给出解释
? Coordinate in budget/forecast process.
协助进行制造费用的预测和预算
- Prepare expense forecast and budget format.
准备预测和预算的制造费用表格
- Collect MOH expense data from each industrial department for budget/forecast and analyze the rationality.
从各工业部门收集并整理预测/预算的费用，并且检查其合理性
- Input data in expense database and prepare budget/forecast expense report. Give remark on the variance of budget and forecast.
将确认的制造费用表格导入费用数据库并制作预算/预测费用报表，简单分析预算和预测的差异原因
? Monthly costing closing
月度成本结账
- Check non-production consumption on MRO and other issues of direct material/component
检查所有物料包括直接材料的其他耗用事项以及间接材料的非生产性消耗明细
- Back-up for BOM, routine back-flush check.
物料结构，工艺程序以及生产回冲检查的后备支援
- Prepare COGS variance report, costing monthly report related to COGS and give brief remark
核算每月销售成本差异及其相关月度报表，简单分析差异变动。
? Scrap Contral
物料报废控制
- Strictly follow the scrap process. (scrap application, booking account...) make sure it is booked in
MFG/PRO correctly and on time
严格控制报废流程。(如报废申请单据，报废系统入账等。。) 确保报废能够及时准确地录入系统
- Prepare monthly scrap and VAT transfer report for tax auditor.
每月末准备税务审计所需的报废进项税转出资料
- Prepare monthly and weekly scrap report in detail for quality analysis
为生产质量原因分析准备报废周报和月报
- Push related depts dispose the approved EOL parts every 3 months.
每三个月督促各部门加快呆滞零件的报废审批进度。
MINIMA PROFILE职位需求：
? Junior college graduate or above majored in finance/economics related subjects.
大专以上，财务相关专业。
? Highly responsible and be pro-active and positive.
工作态度高度认真负责、积极主动。
? English reading ability.
英文有一定的阅读和理解能力。
? Skilled in MS Office, especially in Excel. Knowledge on access is a plus.
熟练使用MS Office, 尤其MS Excel. 有Access操作经验优先。
