职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) shall qualify and supervise the suppliers for Steel parts, Transport parts and Lifting parts for Wind Turbines.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- The SQE shall report to Supplier Quality Manager in Siemens Wind Power Asia Pacific, and functionally assist the quality functions in SWP. There will be a close cooperation with the procurement and engineering departments.
Tasks:
- Explain specifications for suppliers, clarify technical questions from suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers' manufacturing quality assurance plan.Define, plan and perform Quality, Health and Safety audits and re-audits, corrective agreements, first article inspection, etc. according to PRO 03.01.Technical follow-up at the supplier and ""root cause analysis"" on cast components for wind turbines. Frequent travel to the suppliers.
- Prepare audit plans, audit reports and visit reports in web-based sharepoint
- Non conformance handling
- Read and review drawings and specifications
Education:
- Bachelor or above
Knowledge/Languages:
- Welding in structural steels. Surface treatment and painting of steel structures, machining. Knowledge in EN standards.Audit skills on Quality, Health and Safety systems.
- Good English skills, in writing and oral. Solid communication and team building skills
- Bachelor degree in Welding or Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline. Experience with steel structures and painting.

- Bachelor degree in Welding or Mechanical or related technical discipline. Former education as welding engineer or mechanical engineer is preferred. Experience with welding, machining, steel structures and painting is preferred.
- 5+ years experiences in supplier quality engineering, welding, machining, cutting, bending, punching, castings, painting, and hot-dip galvanising.
- Collaboration with international teams. Networking and team building skills.
