Major Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Device header/USB connector product design and technology
• Support Quotation and product development process
• Support Device application engineering and tooling, manufacturing activities
• Ensure execution of common BOD & BOP as defined by BL
• Create Device components / assembly validation plan based on customer's specific Test specification
• Lead validation test procedures
• Conduct Engineering change process;
• Design Review/Analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree at least.
• At least 2years related working experience. Rich engineering experience and skills in electrical connector design & development for Automotive industry is prefer.
• Good communication skill and highly self-motivated.
• Good written and reading English skill.
• Multi-national company experience and UG software is preferred.
