职位描述：
我们公司是专业从事欧美籍租客在上海的房屋租赁业务。您在这里可以感受到不同国家的文化和学习到最新的专业知识。因为业务发展的需要，我们诚意的邀请一位外向开朗的伙伴加入我们。大申网2016年3月30日爆料以上海房产中介为代表的租赁服务业平均月薪已经超过1.2万元，是希望在销售岗位发展的***伴是***的入门选择。
您负责的工作职责是：
1.处理好合作者的售后处理工作。
3.完成租赁后的租后服务工作，做好外籍租客和房东之间的联络和协调工作，达到客户和房东的满意度－依情况需和客户直接英文沟通
4. 联系成交和未成交的客户，完成客户满意度调查表
4.能在不同的文化背景下工作
5.能承担一定的压力，可以按时保质的完成直线经理给到的任务
6.性格开朗外向，擅长沟通，以客户为导向，以结果为导向


岗位要求：
1.英文听说读写熟练，流利
2.对欧美文化感兴趣，喜欢和欧美文化接触
3.户籍不限，男女不限
4.两年以上相关工作经验
5.有责任性，有团队精神
