Job Description
?Support North America PQM account in Asia.
?Commence local contact for PQM business and start up in region.
?Business development for North America, Europe and Asia needs.
?Guide On-boarding team on process improvement, document control and customer integration
?Responsible for PQM client relationships, vendor/printer communications and program support
?Support web portal development functions including programming, data collection, tracking, analysis and reporting
?Work with cross-functional teams to establish, streamline and refine processes to better integrate PQM with core sgsco functions
?Work closely with Sales and key customers to establish effective programs aimed at managing packaging quality, assist with client RFP process and client/pitch presentations as required
?Works closely with teams to plan and execute projects that fulfill client expectations
?Author/edit PQM proposals and pricing to suit the needs of the client and align with sgsco objectives
?Build and maintain effective relationships with Operations, Sales, Account Directors and clients

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
?A bachelor’s degree in business, graphic communication, or equivalent work experience
?Minimum 5 years’ operational experience in graphic arts, premedia production, printing and/or packaging quality management
?2 years’ experience working with sales teams and providing business development support
?High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
