岗位职能：
- 致力并热衷于为顾客点缀生活艺术，倡导传播科技理念；
- 向顾客宣传公司品牌、提升产品知名度，完成整体营销顾问工作；
- 按时按量完成零售工作的业务指标，参与店内产品的定期盘点；
- 根据市场需求及公司品牌营销策略，周期性的更新/调整店内商品的陈列展示；
- 维护目前稳定的客户群关系并不断开拓新的群体网络；
- 及时提供市场趋势、行业动态、竞争信息的资讯反馈；
- 能适应并接受轮班制工作。

招募要求：
- 高中以上学历，男女不限；
- 形象气质优秀，女性要求身高1.6米以上，男性要求身高1.76米以上；
- 性格开朗、热爱生活、家居生活知识丰富，工作认真仔细、踏实上进；
- 良好的亲和力、沟通技巧、影响力，以及较强的服务意识；
- 语言表达、思维理解及人际关系协调能力强，高度的团队合作精神；
- 一年以上奢侈品或高端品牌零售工作经验；
- 计算机操作熟练，普通话标准；
- 具备艺术设计、视觉传达、家居橱窗陈列、展示设计等能力者优先考虑。

Job Descriptions:
- Focus on the transmission of scientific and technological concepts;
- Developing and improving customers' knowledge about the Simmons culture;
- To involve in the regularly stock-take and periodic replenishment;
- Responsible for achieving orders, sales targets as well as managing budget commitments.
Implementing and developing sales performance in accordance with the operational instructions;
- Ability to sell across a broad range of categories such as competitive main products, luxury
accessories, home and life-style products, etc.
- Continuous communication with current customer groups. To source new customers in a defined
territory, make new sales;
- Provide prompt feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition information.

Requirements:
- High school or above;
- Minimum 1 years experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury industry or high-end brand;
- Good personal appearance sith a pleasant mature attitude;
- Be conscientious & be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
- Self-starter and enthusiastic, strong service orientation and upstanding team work spirit;
- Hard working, good sence of responsibility with positive working attitude;
- Well-informed and interested in life-style knowledge;
- Good command of PC skills;
- Flexible and willing to take shift work, able to work underr pressurer.
- Strong capability of display, visual image and artistic design is a plus.
