RESPONSIBILITY:
（1）To assist the PM to build up contacts with key customers;
（2）To assist the PM to complete the sales forecast and follow up with PO.
（3）To execute the company’s price policy, assist the PM to make quotation and submit to Sales director for approval and then send to customer.
（4）To visit key customers with good planning and conclude orders.
（5）To execute the market promotion plan under the marketing dept’s unity of command.
（6）To make sure the payment collection;
（7）To collect the market information of the region.
（8）To organize the delivery and receiving of sample and goods, assist the customers to make good inventory schedule(reasonable inventory level,safety material storage)
（9）Site assists the PM to deal with customer complaint and follow up.
（10）Complete the administrative management and information feedback in time.
（11）To assist the PM to complete the expenses reimbursement and statistical work of the budget.
QUALIFICATION
（1）College student, marketing or economical major;
（2）Familiar with computer, have good written English ability.
（3）Have good organization and coordination ability, responsible, team work player,
（4）Have good verbal expression and communication ability.

岗位职责：

（1）协助项目经理做好关键客户的联络工作；

（2）协助项目经理完成销售预测和订单的跟踪；

（3）执行公司价格政策，配合项目经理制作报价单并上报至销售总监审批，并发报价至客户；

（4）有计划地拜访客户并缔结订单；

（5）在市场部的统一指挥下，执行公司的市场推广计划;

（6）确保货款回收工作的顺利完成;

（7）收集区域内有关的市场信息;

（8）组织样品和产品的发运与接收，协助客户做好库存管理工作（合理的库存水平、安全的产品存放）；

（9）按照公司规定，现场协助项目经理并后续跟进处理客户的投诉；

（10）按时完成行政管理及信息反馈工作；

（11）协助经理完成每周的费用报销和月度预算的统计；

岗位要求：

（1）大专以上学历，市场营销或经济类专业毕业；

（2）熟悉电脑操作， 有一定的书面英语能力；.

（3）有组织协调能力，有责任感，团队精神强；

（4）具备良好的文字表达能力和沟通能力。
