职位描述
一、岗位职责
1、必须熟悉域服务器及Exchange服务器的架设与维护；

2、对SQL语言及服务器有所了解与接触；
3、会简单的HTML语言，对企业官网进行日常资料更新

4、日常IT支持，包括计算机、打印/传真/复印机、周边办公设备的相关软硬件维护及用户问题解决。负责软硬件的配置升级，保证系统稳定运行；
5、解决排除各种软硬件故障，实时对系统数据进行备份，做好记录，定期制作系统运行报告；

6、监控与维护公司局域网、防火墙、客户端、服务器并保证正常运行；
7、搭建与配备计算机网络，根据需求设计网络方案，懂得基本弱电常识；
8、制作技术文档，更新设备硬件档案；
9、其他与业务应用系统有直接关系的IT支持工作；
10、相关设备的采购负责。
二、任职资格：
1、计算机或IT相关专业本科以上学历；
2、熟悉网络运维的相关规章制度和工作流程，能够组织制度建设和流程优化。

3、精通局域网的规划、布线和日常维护，以及电话系统布线，能独立处理常见故障；
4、三年以上的企业网络管理、服务器维护工作经验，能对网络故障进行快速定位和排除；
5、熟悉ERP系统的操作与维护，以及路由器，交换机、防火墙等网络设备的设置与管理；

10、良好的英语读写能力。

Key Duties
- Be familiar with the set up and maintenance of domain server and Exchange server is must
- Have some knowledge on SQL Language and SQL Server
- Basic operation and update for the information on website
- Install the computers and related hardware, software and responsible for daily maintenance
- Set up the office networks, design of network solutions based on the management demand
- Make necessary maintenance and monitoring for LAN. To make sure the daily operation smoothly.
- Responsible for day-to-day server maintenance, upgrades the hardware and software to ensure the stable operation of the system
- Daily IT support, including the maintenance of computers, printers and all relevant office equipments, and user problem solving
- To solve a variety of failures for hardware and software, and make appropriate records, submit the monthly operating report
- Maintenance of data base on the server and make proper backup
- Work out the technical document, standard operating procedure, IT Policy and update the facility archives periodically
- Be responsible for equipments' purchasing
