Client: Family owned German FMCG Company
Salary: 10.000 - 12.000 RMB Base Salary, plus attractive allowance package
Location: Shanghai, China
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work with Marketing Manager on regional marketing strategies and execution
- Execution of marketing projects such as media buying, digital, e-commerce, PR, content marketing, online & social media marketing
- Work together with the country teams on new brand, product and market launches
- Data Analytics of Marketing activities
- Communicate and collaborate with different internal and external teams at the Germany headquarters and regional partners to garner support and resources
- Promote company brands and image in the Chinese Market
- Other jobs assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree
- 2-5 years working experience in an international company
- Work experience in Marketing, Agency and/or client side
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Project Management skills
- Online Marketing/ Social media know-how
- Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect to Excel, Power Point and MS Word
- Sound communication skills (internal and external)
- Hands-on mentality and a strong customer focus
- High level of stress resistance and deadline oriented working style
- Willingness to learn
- Able to take initiatives as well as to work in an international team
