职位描述：
Position: Tooling Engineer
Work Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
？ Report Line: Commodity Manager
？ Responsibilities:
○ Participate in the tooling technical feasibility analysis and support tooling quotation technically;
○ Support new mold RFQ, sample make and pre-acceptance;
○ Release DFM, design of tooling (based on 2D/3D-drawings);
○ Responsible for tooling quality, follow up tooling manufacturing schedule and trial out (preparation, execution, documentation);
○ Responsible for functional release (disassembly, inspection, functional check, etc.);
○ Tracking of tools (new tools and changes);
○ Set up and track targets with suppliers;
○ Other assigned tasks.
Job Specification / required skills:
？ University degree or above, major in Mold Design and Engineering or related;
？ Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive or manufacture field;
？ Solid knowhow and experience in related technologies ( plastic injection tool shop, stamping, die-casting);
？ CAD engineering software skills;
？ Solid knowhow of materials and properties;
？ Good communication and team player;
？ Good in English;
？ Willing to travel;
