1、大学专科及以上学历，对金融市场有深刻认识，经济、金融、证券、营销等相关专业优先；
2、具备较强的工作责任心，出色的语言表达能力与商务谈判能力（有电销经验更佳）；
3、抗压能力强，具备较强逻辑思维及独立处理复杂问题的能力；
4、具备较强的工作积极性和主动服务的意识，有责任性，努力踏实做事；
5、具备较好的管理、战略规划及团队协作能力；
6、语言要求：有基本的英语口语及书写能力，口语好者更佳；
7、一年以上金融相关销售经验或者三年以上非金融类销售经验；
8、年龄35岁以下。
qualifications:
1. college degree or above is preferred. deeply understand in following areas priority-considered: economics, finance, and securities.
2. strong responsibility and business negotiations ability (with experience in telesales will be priority-considered).
3. working under pressure and dealing complex problem independently.
4. high work enthusiasms and consciousness of active service, and working hard with persistence and responsibility.
5. good management and strategic planning capability, and strong teamwork spirit.
6. english：intermediate. fluent is optional.
7. with more than 1 year experience in sales is preferred.
8. under the age of 35.

2、按质按量的独立完成好客户的开发和维护任务；

5、有渠道开发经验；

试用期薪资：底薪4000元起 + 提成 + 奖金 + 公司不定期福利 + 六险一金 + 生日福利
工作时间：早 9：30 — 晚 6：30 双休日、国家法定节假日、带薪假
