职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?A combination between Management experience and knowledge of Lean manufacturing
?Capacity to advise and support plant manager in Lean drive
?Responsible for co-ordination, development, training, support, working methods and tools for MS and lean production.
?Responsible for development, support and coaching within MS Expert area
?Plant responsible (coordinator) for local Expert development and implementation of Teamwork
?Lead and monitor development and implementation of MS in Company
?Be responsible for co-ordination of CEP MT Policy deployment. (Policy Deployment Champion).
?Manage local MS meetings; local MS steering committee and local Expert meetings.
?Plant representative in communication within P&M MS network
?Manage and drive Coaching & Assessment activities within Company
?Support local technical School when needed
?Other relevant tasks assigned by GM
Qualification:

Have the ability to train management in MS practically in order to raise the speed of improvements. Some of the core and basics are:

?Deep knowledge in Lean
?Extensive hands-on production experiences
?Knowledge in mapping the flow - understand preconditions of JIT
?Standardized work and tact time, Moving line/Man/machine/Andon, and line fundamentals
?Extensive skills in problem solving to root cause
?Real time management and target break down
?Project management and launch to meet the targets in combination with shortened lead time
?College degree preferred
