职位描述：
PURPOSE / MISSION:
Ensure finish goods/raw materials were released timely, compliance with company quality standard/Regulation and customer specifications.

MAIN TASKS:
1. Responsible for finish goods/ raw materials physical and chemical inspection (Appearance, GC, water content, micro, Acid value, salt content etc.), ensure compliance with company quality standard and customer specifications;
2. Perform the sensory evaluation for the finish goods(liquid &raw materials);
3. Sensory samples preparation and reference samples management;
4. Coordinate with others stakeholders for non-conformity products investigation; taken/driven corrective actions to solve quality problem to meet customer needs or provide continuous improvement on quality. Eg on handling of manufacture quality issue products;
5. Instruments maintenance in lab by according to requirement;
6. Work closely with other departments for support business growing;
7. Work as expert and help to training the new technicians;
8. Support QC leader for new lab build up which including equipment installation/ calibration /SOP.

COMPETENCIES:
1. Ability to work with in a team driven structure; ability to work under pressure to achieve set deadlines and activities;
2. Good plan and communication skills;
3. Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, excel, outlook;
4. Basic reading, writing and communicating in English High attention to detail, great reliability when following pre-established procedures.

PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES:
1. 5 years and GC/ Micro/GC-MS testing experiences are preferred;
2. Flavor or food industries are preferred;
3. Lims/SAP operation experiences are preferred. 举报 分享
