Together with management implement legal compliance process thereby ensuring lincense to Operate.
Plan and act occupational Environment processes based on performance and Process House thereby ensuring an optimal occupational ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliance
Act as superviser to production management in all environmental health and safety matters. Plan and chair safety committee ensuring the participation of workers.
Collect and report occupational Environment, health and safety data thereby ensuring the communication of important data
Plan and act chemical management process based on performance and Process House thereby ensuring optimal chemical management
Plan and act accident/incident process based on Process House thereby ensuring an optimal accident/incident flow.
Plan and act environment health and safety project works in the organization thereby ensuring environment, health and safety improvement.
Support and supervise the HSE Officers and safety representatives at their work and be health & safety knowledge back-up to the HSE Officers and safety representatives.
Support cross-functional project works in the organisation ensuring an optimal health & safety level in the projects.
50% of work is expected to be in the office, 40% of work on the productin shopfloor, 10% safety teaching of Bluecollars
Participate in internal/external audits and coordinate/initiate necessary activities for preparation/follow up
Responsible for Chemical management

essential:
Engineer or similar technical education. Relevant Health & Safety education/training - e.g. IOSH or similar. Speaking and writing English.
Experience from working with health & safety matters from similar or other industrial business. Experience in preparation of health & safety rules and regulations. Experience in working with health & safety legislative compliance. Experience from working with management systems (OHSAS 18001 or integrated management system). Experience from tutoring. General IT experience at user level, familiar with MS office-package.
Preferable trans national experience.
