Our shanghai office is now looking for one SEO Senior Analyst to help drive our vision of online marketing to the next level.

We are looking for someone with the following impressive attributes:

Responsibilities of the Role:
/ 独立制定搜索引擎优化战略
Independent SEO strategy generation
/ 制定项目KPI并达成KPI
Project KPI Setup and Follow up
/ 有效的客户预期及实际达成
Manage the client’s expectation on the deliverables
/ 客户沟通和项目管理
Client coordination and project management (status, timeline, deliverables)
/ 组织创建项目的各类报表
Provides regular reporting and updates on performance
/ 独立地组织项目会议；
Performance review meeting with client independently
/ 客户行业及市场调研报告
Deliver category review, competitive intelligence analysis

Effective SEO processes

Key Skills / Experience
/ 3-5年以上SEO经验
3-5 years’ experience in SEO
/ 高效的沟通执行者
An excellent communicator with experience of successfully utilising SEO to deliver effective marketing campaigns
/ 熟悉JS,CSS,HTML及内容管理
Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Content Management System programs
/ 熟练的Office软件应用
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
/ 非常熟悉网站内部和外部SEO
Experience with OnPage & OffPage Optimization
/熟悉SEO工作原理和网站优化方法，熟练分析及工具应用
Advanced proficiency and clear understanding of website performance metrics, their significance to SEO, and how to track meaningful data using the main tools and programs
1) Baidu Zhangzhan, Baidu Tongji, Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Webmaster Tools
2) Google Tag Manager
3) Screaming Frog
4) Any of Google Analytics, Omniture and Coremetrics
5) Keyword Research Tools: Baidu Keyword Planner, Google Keyword Planner, Insights and client’s PPC data
