Position Overview
? 该职位致力于通过维护和发展专业礼品渠道客户。推动公司自有品牌在中国大陆地区礼品渠道的发展和销售，管理和建设礼品渠道经销商，完成公司要求的销售目标和毛利。

Responsibilities
? 根据品牌和产品定位，制定团购和礼品渠道年度销售目标和销售策略；
? 实施在团购、礼品等渠道的既定策略，完成月度，季度和年度销售指标，和毛利额指标；
? 建立礼品经销商客户和最终礼品客户档案，积极拜访礼品最终客户和开发潜在礼品最终客户，以及日常客情关系的维护；对关键最终礼品客户进行产品试用跟踪和回访；
? 积极协调市场和产品部门，开发应对市场快速发展的新产品或新包装；
? 积极跟踪礼品渠道市场动态，收集竞品信息，和定期反馈市场和竟品分析。

Proficiencies
? 熟悉快消礼品团购市场，有丰富的团购销售经验，擅于开发相关团购渠道；
? 能够对任务区分主次采取行动；执行力强，具有良好的时间管理、组织、问题防范和解决能力；
? 较强的书面和口头沟通能力；
? 良好的人际能力，能与不同层面的个人和团体进行有效的合作；并可作为团队一员而独立工作；
? 能熟练使用各种办公软件、Excel、PPT的各类数据处理功能；
? 必须对敏感信息予以保密；
? 具有学习和运用新信息的能力；愿意适应不断变化的业务需求和期限。

Education and Experience
? 5年以上销售工作经验；1年以上礼品渠道销售经验；
