1. 三年左右JAVA开发工作经验；
2. 熟练掌握Java语言、Spring、Struts2、Mybatis，熟悉Oracle、MySQL等数据库，具有JBoss，Resin，Tomcat等应用服务器操作经验；
3. 熟练掌握JSP、CSS、ExtJs、Bootstrap，有较强的界面样式调整、控件调整、封装能力
4. 熟练掌握Webservice、RESTful、dubbo等常用服务接口的发布及调用；
5. 对SQL优化、数据库性能调优、分库分表有一定了解
6. 工作积极主动，具备较强的责任感且有良好的沟通和团队协作能力
7. 有门户、工作流、高并发接口调优经验的优先
8. 能适应长期在客户现场的工作环境
9. 能适应996的工作方式
