Scope of the job工作范围

As part of a dynamic international training team you will be responsible for the development and delivery of automotive service and repair techniques using best practice.

To do this, you will be required to:

• Have an in depth knowledge of vehicle terminology , in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Be conversant with automotive design and systems.
• Be able to take on new concepts and delivering these ideas to the trainees.
• Generate and update project timing plans.
• React to changing training needs.
• Regular travel to training sites around China
• Simple administration tasks, such as booking hotels/travel.

Skills Required技能要求

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to prioritize work on multiple jobs.
• Proactive and capable of meeting deadlines and completing projects on time

Desirable Skills技能描述

• A good knowledge of automotive systems/diagnostics.
• Knowledge of service bay (4S shop) standard procedures.
• Automotive test equipment experience.

• 良好的汽车系统和诊断知识
• 了解4S店的标准流程
• 汽车检测设备的经验

Qualifications资格

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in automotive engineering, computing, electronics or a similar engineering discipline.
• 具有相应的汽车工程学位或相当于计算机，电子及类似的工程学科资格。

Experience经验

• Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry.
• 至少3年汽车行业工作经验
