招聘主题：高级软件工程师（汽车诊断软件开发）

职位主要目的

使用C/C++编程语言来开发汽车诊断软件。

职位范围

负责编写各种汽车诊断软件。

• 必须精通C/C++编程语言，能熟练使用以上语言编写汽车诊断软件。
• 必须非常熟悉SQL Server 2005/2008,对databases以及data access有很好的理解。
• 理解汽车通讯协议
• 使用记录和模拟工具来理解诊断通讯
• 满足客户需求变化
• 了解汽车电器
• 必要的出差为客户测试软件/硬件
• 能够和英国总部、美国公司保持通畅联络、共享技术信息、获得技术支持。
• 能够和汽车厂客户良好沟通、管理好各个主机厂项目。

技术需要

• 最少5年使用C/C++软件开发经验。
• 要有用C/C++开发用户界面的经验。
• 要有SQL database以及sequel的知识。
• 熟悉汽车制造行业以及汽车诊断系统。
• 理解SQL数据库
• 良好的基本数字技巧（举例十六进制&二进制）
• 解决问题能力
• 具有团队合作精神
• 良好沟通技巧，要求熟练掌握中英文的书面和口语
• 能自觉遵守考勤和认真完成多项工作
• 积极展开会议制定截止期并准时完成项目交付
• 善于学习新知识
• 动手实践强
• 能在无监督下自觉工作

理想技能(额外加分技能）

• 一些C#的项目开发经验。
• 一些汽车电器系统技术（举例：安全系统/车身控制器）
• 通讯协议（举例：通讯）
• 汽车检测设备经验

学历要求

• 获得本科学位或等效的计算机，电子学或相似的工程学科

经验

• 最少5年使用C,C++以及C#软件开发经验。精通该编程语言。
• 汽车业，工业或其他系统领域经验

Job Profile

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Automotive Software Development)

Main purpose of job

The main aspect of this job is to develop automotive diagnostics software using the C/C++ programming language.

Scope of the job

As part of a dynamic international development team you will be responsible for writing a variety of software and documenting its use.

• Must be very familiar with C# programming language, can use the above languages to write automotive diagnostic software.
• Must be familiar with SQL Server 2005/2008 and have a good understanding of databases and data access.
• Develop an understanding of automotive communications protocols
• Use logging and simulation tools to understand diagnostic communications
• React to changing customer needs.
• Show a basic understanding of automotive electronics.
• Make some travel to customer premises for software / hardware testing

• Be able to communicate and cooperate with UK head quarter and USA sister company, share technical information, get technical support.
• Can communicate well with automotive OEMs, manage different OEM projects.

Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years software development experience using C/C++
• Experience in developing user interfaces in C/C++
• SQL database and sequel knowledge
• Excellent base numbering skills (eg hex & binary)
• Analytical though process / ability to problem solve
• Qualities to inspire to include excellent team working / relationship building with all management levels.
• Good communication skills, written and oral, both in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to prioritize work on multiple jobs.
• Proactive and capable of meeting deadlines and achieving timely project delivery.
• Flexible and keen to learn new skills.
• Good hands-on approach.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Desirable Skills

• Software development experience using C#.
• Some knowledge of automotive electronic systems (eg security / body controller)
• Communication protocols (for example, telecoms)
• Automotive test equipment experience

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in computing, electronics or a similar engineering discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a software development role using C/C++
• Automotive, industrial or other system based sector experience.

Salary

• Dependant on transferable skill set / necessary experience
