Senior Brand Manager, Skin Care
Department: Marketing, Skin Care
Report to: Group Brand Manager, Skin Care
Location: Shanghai, China
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop annual product calendar based on aligned product strategy.
2. Deliver the new product pipeline as well as new product launch plan, including product concept, formulation, packaging, pricing, communication plan and launch support plan.
3. Propose action plans and implement agreed plans. Closely follow up the program result, sales feedback and make necessary amendment if required. Evaluate the programs after completion and provide learning for next action.
4. Fully leverage available resources, constantly monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, brand performance and Brand Health analysis to help Senior Leaders to formulate brand strategies.
5. Monitor and analyze brand budget to ensure cost effective & efficiency and make sure within agreed budget.
6. Lead the development of marketing initiatives to drive demand. Create media and communication strategies and drive integrated non-media programs
7. Build relationships and alliances with key marketing partners
8. Interest and passion in beauty/skin care, good insights in related industry
Qualification & Experience
1. 7-8 years above MKTG experience in FMCG industry, experience in skin care category is preferred
2. Strong business acumen and has strategic/ framework thinking
3. Experience in new brand launch is highly preferred
4. Resilience, be able to dealing with ambiguity and strong interpersonal /communication skills
5. Bachelor degree or above,
6. Good command of English
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
