Senior Electrical Engineer – Data Exchange Corporation (“DEX”)

DEX is an established engineering, manufacturing and repair company that provides superior services to the world's largest corporations occupying the renewable energy, medical and IT sectors. MISSION:
This position is part of the engineering group that provides support to the VP Global Engineering, DEX Salespeople, and the DEX team by designing and developing test processes for electronic assemblies to satisfy customer requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and implement test processes for electronic assemblies such as computer parts(LCD,LCM, mother board, hard drive,RAM, etc.), wind turbine control systems, high-power amplifiers, power supplies, workstations, controllers, data acquisition systems, and computer networks used in the medical equipment industry;
2. Conducts tests or experiments to debug prototypes and circuits. Troubleshoots and corrects malfunctions;
3. Records and evaluates data from tests and experiments and reports findings;
4. Assists in construction of/ tests complex analog and digital circuitry; identifies and corrects malfunctions;
5. Supports engineering staff in various complex projects to test and validate design and theoretical concepts.
6. Contacts personnel in related activities to resolve mutual problems and coordinate the work flow.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
8. Report any accidents or injuries to supervisor immediately.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
3-4 years' experience in test engineering, including designing and setting up of ATE.
Sound knowledge of analog and digital circuitry, interfacing software and hardware systems
Strong technical skills in electronic hardware at both the system and component levels
Strong computer networking skills;High-power RF experience and Visual Basic or C/C++ are a major plus.
Ability to work on a variety of projects across multiple technologies.
Candidate should be a selfstarter and be able to complete projects independently.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
Familiar with Oracle process will be preferred.
Successful passage of engineering technician exam.
