职位描述：
1. 根据销售状况和客户需求编排、制定生产计划和物料需求计划；
2. 跟踪物料供应情况和生产计划的完成情况以满足销售部门的交货计划；
3. 利用基础数据、合同和生产规格，预计制造产品所需的人力、物料、工具和设备；
4. 对短期和长期的生产能力进行预估分析；
5. 调整计划，适应设计变更、材料和人力短缺；
6. ERP系统中的订单下达、调度等操作.

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机械制造等相关专业，会英语者优先；
2、具备2年以上生产计划管理或物料计划管理经验；
3、熟悉办公软件，有ERP操作经验；
4、沟通能力佳，处事具条理性，细心，抗压能力强；优秀应届毕业生可考虑。

Responsibilities:
1. Create and updated the production plan(Monthly, Weekly, Daily) based on the demand information from Sales and Customer Service and materials supply status from procurement and purchasing.
2. Check materials shortage based on demand information from Sales and Customer Service.Share with procurement and purchasing Dept., follow up to meet the delivery plan.
3. Production capacity analysis for future month and long term.
4. Coordinate with other departments to maintain priority and expedite for urgent cases.
5 Check availability for new demand request and feedback to Customer Service/Customer.
6. Release order and dispo in ERP System

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, majored in machinery manufacturing or related
2. 2+ years previous working experience with Production Planning or Material Supply Planning
3. Be familiar with Mircosoft Office and ERP System
