Responsible for the overall charge of the company human resources, administrative, IT, logistical management.
-the organization responsible for the formulation of company personnel, labor, discipline and other related management system, develop, modify, add, implementation and evaluation appraisal work;
-the company responsible for the organizational structure design and adjustment, reasonable allocation of jobs;
-responsible for staff recruitment, employment, dismissal, contract signing, files, attendance, training, sent off, mobilize, rewards and punishment, such as assessment of labor personnel, administrative, logistics series of basic management work;
-the company responsible for the procurement, canteen and vehicle management;
-responsible for the management and administrative procedures to seal the approval
-In charge of daily office operation, facility maintenance, stationary and computer purchasing, work desk arrangement.
-Organization of travel and accommodation for China staff, visitors and assignees, and coordination of arrangement with travel providers.
-Coordinator with Seattle helpdesk team to lead the local IT for office IT affairs
Proficiencies
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
-Minimum of 5 years related office management experience
-Good written and oral English communication skills.
-Solid word processing and computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
-Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels.
-Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
