- An individual contributor within process development group, reporting to the manager of process development group
- Owner of the EMS process knowledge development in the R&D phase and seamless
   transfer to production
- Ensures that the best practices from EMC eco-system, are implemented to OEM
   LED Bulbs, as well as leverage his/her knowledge is developing new state-of-the-art
    solutions specifically needed for OEM LED bulbs
              - Accountable for knowledge capturing and transfer in OEM LED Lamps
- Effectively works with the industrial, quality and PE counterparts for cost competitive solutions based on our manufacturing platforms including

Job Requirements & Skills
