职位描述：
Assignments:
? Lead the development of new technical solutions and innovations for packaging; machine, production and material
? Accountable for the construction of the new solutions
? Build effective and actively maintain relation with suppliers
? Actively search and benchmark to be updated about latest innovations and technical solutions for packaging
? Challenge existing solutions by driving creativity and innovation through out the development process
? Evaluate and develop existing packaging capacities
? Secure product information (manuals, certificates)
? Accountable for the project plan, budget and measurements
? Responsible for purchase of machine parts and components on the global market
? Responsible for monthly financial follow up

Knowledge
? Deep knowledge within engineering (production or packaging knowledge)
? Good knowledge in project management methodology (scope, time, resource, kpi and tools)
? Good understanding of intellectual property rights (IP)
 ? Good knowledge of different production processes, cost drivers and material characteristics/performance
? Excellent negotiating skills and knowledge of purchasing processes
? Good knowledge in IKEA business, and understanding of cost drivers and relevant production/packaging models
? Excellent knowledge about IKEA packaging specifications
? Good knowledge and experience in IT systems such as (Machine PLC software, Machine IT tools & Solid Works)
? Fluent in written and spoken English 举报 分享
