职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责招聘计划和招聘工作；
2、负责人才筛选、组织各类面试，完善及优化招聘相关流程；
3、建立和维护公司人员招聘渠道；
4、发布招聘信息，积极开拓招聘渠道，满足公司的人才需求；
5、跟踪评估各类人才的使用情况，更新和维护人才储备库 ；
6、完成部门负责人交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，有开业酒店从业经验优先；
2、五年以上招聘工作经验，熟悉酒店的招聘流程及各种招聘渠道，对人才的发现与引进、组织与调整有一定的实践经验；
3、良好的语言表达能力，沟通、协调能力强，具有明锐的洞察力及分析判断力；
4、性格外向，能够承受一定的工作压力。 举报 分享
