Job Summary & Dimensions

Responsible northern China customer’s quality complaints .Be able to communication with customer and internal company with logical, professional and high efficiency to solve the issue. Provide the customer good quality service and support sales develop in North China by push internal improvement and customer’s application knowledge.

Job Accountabilities

1.Response customer’s complaint in time, Verify the root cause and pass the issue related to Southco to facility. Review the 8D or SCAR to prevent the repeat issue happened.

2.Make visit plan for NC customer and summit the Quality performance from NC customer. Follow up the correction action status and keep push facility quality improvement.

3.Manage the QN that related WGQ facility and close the QN as global target time. Involve all global and region quality activity, such as meeting, BPN,CI or other activity.

4.Build relationship with top customer and manage DC customer quality issue follow and stock management.

5.Score owner for WGQ and AP Quality score card. Provide the production training for new engineer or new customer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1.Mechanical or equivalent bachelor or above as 985/211 university.

2.More than 3 year to charge ME, QE or PE in company with IS9000/TS16949environment, At least 1 year charge as Sr or leader role his function team.

3.Be skilled in 8D report , CAR and Trouble Shooting.

4.Lean Champion or 6 Sigma black belt will be preferred.

5.Be able work as high press and frequent travel.

6.Good PPT and Data report skill.
