职位描述：
1. 在工作领域内贯彻执行EHS要求，并确保本岗位的任何活动在工厂安全、健康和环保的要求下进行。
2. 负责质量控制实验室日常检验工作，按照要求及标准操作程序进行操作；识别并及时向主管汇报和处理任何不符合要求的异常结果/行为/状况。
3. 完成相关的原材料/产品检验工作/产品投诉处理工作。
4. 负责实验室设备/设施的5S工作，日常检查/清洁/维护，发现异常及时向主管报告，并跟踪后续的纠正措施的执行及结果验证。
5. 有效沟通和良好的团队精神。
6. 实验室主管安排的其他事务。
7. 实验室持续改进。

岗位要求：
1. 化工相关专业大专以上学历。
2. 有涂料和色浆检验经验者优先。
3. 有较强的学习能力，具备灵活应变的处事能力、独立解决分析问题的能力。
4. 熟练操作office办公软件。
