Primary Job Function:
This position is primarily engaged and has ownership in New Program Launch and New Process Launch

This individual will work closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance of BNWH to ensure timely new program launch and new process launch.


Specific Job Responsibilities:

? Leading product launch activity by serving as champion of advanced product quality planning (APQP) teams & process ownership for preproduction launch activity.
? Internal process ownership for development of new product launch – including the design and procurement of materials, tooling, fixtures, and gauges to support control plan definition & pre-production sign off ownership.
? Provide support for BNWH on new equipment start-up, including machine selection, design and procurement of tools and fixtures, launch schedules, capability assessment, and capacity reviews;
? Update plant layout, such as equipment relocation in BNWH and maintaining proper revision levels.
? Manage capital purchases of new equipment from initiation through runoff and start up with BN global locations.
? Provide continuous assessment of the current state of production equipment to provide capacity and capability assessments to management staff.
? Manage continuous improvement projects within the facilities, providing support with subordinates and outsourcing as required.

Job Qualification Profile:

？ Bachelor degree in Engineering;
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with all levels of associates
？ Ability to facilitate, support, and implement change within the organization.
？ Open minded and quickly adaptable to change, wide degree of creativity.
？ 10+ years of Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, 3+ years of experience in project management .
？ Must be able to read, write & speak English, Minimum requirement CET-6
