The scope of duties of the Employee is as follows:
1. To manage and supervise the company’s finance team, implementing appropriate accounting practices and internal control procedures for all the entities under the Employer control (i.e. Headquarters and branches).
2. To supervise and coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory accounts, consolidated reporting package according to Venchi’s reporting requirements and tax filing. To prepare and timely update the annual budget and the cash flow forecast, planning the payments.
3. To manage the relationship with local auditors and local banks, including the supervise and management of the relationship with State Administration of Foreign Exchange and compliance with SAFE regulations.
4. To oversee corporate licenses (AIC, Tax and SAFE) renewal and company’s Articles of Association update and manage all company chops.
5. To supervise the payroll team and the liaison activities with external payroll consultant.
6. To be in charge for the ERP (Navision) activities (day by day), its development and the liaison with the supplier.
7. To manage the Company’s legal activities and the liaison with the lawyer of the Company.
8. Other tasks assigned ad hoc by the Employer.
Job Requirements
Skills
. Excellent oral and written communication ability
. Excellent in Chinese GAAP and China tax law
. Independently prepare accounting vouchers, ledgers and financial statements in English in a timely
. Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
. Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines
. Reliable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work as a good team player
. Experience in SAP, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Educational Background
. Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting or taxation
. Possession of certification as a middle level Chinese professional accountant is a plus
Experience
. More than 5 years full-time related working experiences ( include at least 3 years G/L reporting experience) in Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprises
