- From our GSS AFS Team, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced GL Manager.

Our Mission of function:

- Managing of day-to-day operational activities based on targets of the AFS GL accountant. Manage work sharing, the organization in teams, reporting and the monitoring of completing tasks/targets.Provide accounting services to internal customer according to company regulations & guidelines.

What are my responsibilities?
- Responsibility for day-to-day operational management of AFS GL service portfolio delivery and fulfillment of the agreed SLA/OLA with respect to the customer.
- Direct management responsibility for all employees assigned to the AFS GL team, for decisions regarding personnel measures and for implementation of these measures.
- Ensure that all processes and activities are aligned with respective internal and external compliance rules and regulations, And Accomplish and participations on compliance program- and internal control activities.
- Coach employees to fulfill daily work and special tasks.
- Foster and take part on audit investigations and other projects activities in general.
- Support the implementation of GSS AFS GL business strategy in the relevant area of responsibility.
- Support Manager to manage employees (e.g. selection, training, assessment, promotion, and replacement) in line with laws and corporate guideline.
- Support manager for employee development to ensure high level of functional proficiency.
- Support Manager to conduct annual performance appraisals based on PMP methodology.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Requirements:
- Profess. Knowledge: Sufficient General Accounting experience and knowledge about PRC GAAP, Tax regulations, IFRS,Siemens experience prefer
min 2 year experience in Senior accountant position
- Good knowledge of accounting processes of assigned customers
- Technologies: Fluent english both in oral and written
- System application, IT skill e.g. SAP, MS-office etc.
